Courses for 2008 Hi Guys
Just to let you know that we are in the process of choosing next years away days. This process will probably be complete within the next 2/3 meetings. For those of you who turn up regularly you already are aware of this. For those of you who don't, you are now too.
If you don't take part you can't criticise at a later date. (Done all to often in my opinion)
We are also preparing saturday courses at the same time. I'm happy to consider any course if suggested. Just qualify that they will accept societies on saturdays and at reasonable times and I will book it. A list complied from wherever is no use to me. We need precision.
Fur n Feather has been booked at Thorne 10th November 10.00am. We have coffee on arrival and two course meal to follow
AGM will be on 12th December, approx start 8.30pm. Any items for consideration on the night will have to be on the agenda as no AOB is allowed. The agenda sheet will be at every meeting for members to add their items
Presentation Night date will be anounced later after confirmation from Landlord/landlady
We are reverting back to a buffet as this is best value for money. Numbers appro 30. Please give us plenty of notice as to who will be attending. The more the merrier.
Best Regards
PK
